Don’t let the holidays derail your fitness routine!  Holidays tend to be a crazy time of year for most people, but after reading this article you’ll be filled with ideas and inspiration on how to keep your workout routine going strong!

Sometimes being out of our comfort zone can put up a roadblock as to what we can do when away from home or when you have company staying with you.  We get so use to our routine that it can be hard to think of other ways to move our bodies.  I think we also think that no one would want to be active with us, but that’s where you just have to ask!  You may be surprised who will join you for a walk or a dance party!

Which brings up another great point, when we are out of our routine we need to be a little bit more flexible with what we do to move our bodies.  Even though we usually go for a run, we may need to go for a walk instead.  By doing this you are most likely including at least one family member and what a great way to catch up with them!  Being out of our routine is usually a week or less, you will be completely fine not doing what you usually do for that amount of time.

And hey sometimes we just need a little lovingly break away from the chaos we call family tradition so going solo probably isn’t a bad idea at least one of the days you’re away!

I am going to share ten tips to keep you active during this holiday season!
